The Brandman Centers for Senior Care (BCSC)
at the Los Angeles Jewish Home is built on a
national model of care called "Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly."
BCSC is for people 55 years of age or older in the San Fernando Valley, who are living with
chronic illness or disabilities and need coordinated medical care to live safely and independently in
their own homes. In addition, BCSC provides a wellness center, nursing, nutrition, rehabilitation therapies,
in-home services, transportation, medications, dental, mental, emergency, inpatient hospitalization and more.
